What kind of shipping you offer?

Free shipping is offered when the order is $35+. We ship packages in 2-3 business days via USPS first class and USPS priority. You can choose to upgrade shipment to USPS Priority which covered insurance.

How the plants be packed?

Usually, 2”pot and 4”pot plant will be shipped in a plastic pot. Some 4” pot plant or larger pot size plant will be ship bare roots. If you have specail requirements, feel free to leave us notes, or message us.

What your store police for shipping guarantee?

In rare cases, some kinds of tender plants may be undesired badly damaged during the shipment, and it seems hard to recover. If that happens unfortunately, feel free to send us a message with the pictures within 48 hours after you have received the plants. We will help you out. But We are not responsible for Slight damage, USPS shipping delay damage or mishandling, heat/cold damage. 
You can choose to upgrade shipment to USPS Priority which covered insurance
Also, you can add Heatpack for cold weather protect during winter season. 

Do your plants grow in greenhouses or outdoor?

Most of my plants grow in greenhouses.

How's your return, exchange, cancel policy?

Within 2 hours of purchase, if the package has not be shipped yet, we may can cancel the order for you. After your order has been handled to USPS, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. For live plants, it is hard to guarantee it can arrive in perfect condition. Don't worry slight damages. If some leaves or branches dropped, most of them can grow into a new plants. In rare care, you received wrong plants or badly damaged plants which is hard to recover. You can send us message with the pictures (plants in the original pot, no repotting, show the damage) within 48 hours after you have received the plants. We will help you out. But We are not responsible for USPS shipping delay damage or mishandling, heat/cold damage. 

Why does the plant color and condition look differ from presents on Etsy?

Due to a lack of light and water during shipping, plants may lose coloration or shrink due to dehydration. Simply leave them at bright location without direct sunlight to recover. Later you can water them. Also the same kind of succulents differ in color based on season and the sunlight condition. With proper care and abundant sunlight, the color will be vivid. Will you provide the plants take care tips?

Our plants will be shipped with a general reference take care tips. And these plant care techniques depend on our nursery temperature, humidity, and our personal plant growth experience, and do not apply to all other areas. For the sake of your plant health, please make some adjustments according to the local environment to take care of your plants.
